Return Eligibility

RuffledThread will honor returns and exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receiving your items. Customers are accountable for return shipping expenses. Please understand that as a small business, we pour a lot of personal attention into every order we handle. 

If a product you receive is defective, please reach out to us at within 48 hours. Minor misprints or smudges are NOT considered defects due to the handmade nature of the material.

All international orders are FINAL sale.

All rugs, pillow inserts, and sale items are FINAL sale.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with return shipping fees deducted if you choose to use our return label.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to its handmade nature, no two cases are alike. Variations are likely and celebrated. The fabric could have some imperfections. We thrive to select the best intact part of the fabric. The wear and tear and aging of the fabric inevitably adds to the character of this vintage textile
